8 GB Ipod Touch – Iphone fever cure?
The IPod Touch 8GB is a really good buy, but if you have a serious case of iPhone envy, you will not find the cure here. (I will call the iPod touch iPod touch)
Cons ..
+ There is no outside Internet access (can not connect to the Internet from your mobile phone, unless you have a smart phone with Windows Mobile and even have some tweaks)
+ Bluetooth only works to connect to another iPhone or iPod Touch
+ External speaker is extremely weak and barely audible
+ Headset microphone is not on the actual iPod Touch 8 GB

+ Amazing screen. Go find a friend and with either a 8GB iPod Touch or iPhone and see

+ The same operating system that made the iPhone the invention of the decade

IPod Touch 8 GB – Invest your money in a time time
I bought the iPod Touch 8 GB to use as an alternative to my Creative Labs Zen MicroPhoto (still used in the gym, because it can take a beating, but the battery life is terrible).
IPod Touch 8GB was beautifully designed. Feeling very thin, but solid. The touchscreen is very sensitive and has excellent brightness and colors. The sound quality rivals that of my previous mp3 player.
Being new to the whole ipod, took a few days to accept itunes take control of my iPod Touch 8 GB (ie, the timing of things). Sure, there is an option to manually add and delete stuff, but once I got used her, automatic synchronization is not so bad.
Being able to connect to wireless networks, it is very cool with this thing. Adding email accounts is easy, the loading time of the site is acceptable. Oh, and the best: it can be used as a portable game console (But be careful, extensive use is unloaded from battery pretty fast).
Battery life is great. I usually leave it on standby, so do not lose my place in any music I'm listening too. Turning now four days without a recharge … and use it for music on the average three hours per day.
Mirrored backplate is cool … allows a disguised form to check to make sure there is shit in your teeth.
So it is not so good on the 8GB iPod Touch?
1) Can not delete files music on the go: that is, you have to delete files while connected to iTunes.
2) No integrated microphone (there is no built-in headphones, but I prefer to give up this feature for better use headphones).
3) applications are addictive … see spending and read reviews before buying games.
4) now wants a kind of iphone … but do not want to use AT & T service … oh well.
