Amazon has outdone himself again. Just days after launching the February Kindle, Amazon Kindle also launched its new iPhone application and sent iPhone users struggling to download the free application and test it. The verdict? iPhone owners have been impressed enough that many have jumped on the bandwagon of Kindle and bought one.

How exactly this Kindle iPhone application work? For starters, it's like having an extension of your Kindle with you wherever you go. If you're one of those who think that reading the Kindle, even while waiting in lines or subway ride is a bit exaggerated, then the application for the iPhone is the answer to your dilemma of reading. Take the iPhone to any place and take advantage of short bursts of reading their Kindle books every time you have some free time.

Applicable for both the iPhone and iPod touch, the Kindle implementation iPhone has been the effort to make reading from the iPhone a pleasant experience. Since the iPhone is a compact, readability is still great with 5 font sizes to choose from. Also, going through pages is done easily by just simply hit the screen just to the left or back.
