Listeners talk show unreasonable and Tom Martino

Melissa Feroglia radio host named Tom Martino in November 2004 to file a consumer complaint show tips. Feroglia had bought a jet ski in Boring, Oregon to John and Susan Gardner Mount Hood Polaris. Feroglia Martino was not happy and fanned the flames. Unfortunately for Gardner, Martino show was syndicated nationally and burned.

Feroglia Martino said his water bike was broken again and again. According Feroglia, John Gardner had promised the money back, but then said his jet ski was fixed and will not be refunded. Feroglia completed their sentences by Martino says in that when the weather was too cold. I had to wait until spring to try out his jet ski.

In the final analysis, we have no idea if the Gardners were good honest entrepreneurs or not. We know nothing about their business practices. We know that some practices would have required very bad business for $ 600,000.00 in damages it was a just penalty. We can conclude two things: We need laws to handle situations like this and we must look out to Tom Martino and other talk-show like him.
