Mint Condition is an R & B band from Saint Paul, Minnesota. Formed in late 1980. Mint Condition is well known for his diverse musical style (capable of playing all kinds of styles traditional jazz to mainstream R & B and rock music based on the funk grooves and Latin rhythms and Jamaican still-based) as well as his captivating live performance.As came the 21st century, Mint Condition was the only R & B Funk band signed to a major label recording. After a hiatus of six years, the group re-emerged as a quintet due to the former member and keyboardist Keri Lewis left the band to produce for other artists, such as his wife, singer Toni Braxton. In 2005, The Luxury launched Livin 'Brown in his independent label Caged Bird. The album reached # 1 on the Independent Album Charts. Live From The 9:30 Club performance of a concert at 9:30 Club Washington DC, was published in 2006.

In 2008 they released a new album entitled E-Life, which debuted at # 8 on the Billboard R & B album chart and spawned two singles, "Baby Boy, Baby Girl" and "nothing more to say." The second single "Nothing to say "became the first bands in the Top 30 R & B single in nearly a decade (# 27 R & B) and also in the Top 5 of Billboard Adult Urban Contemporary hit peaking at # 3.
