Can education be improved with technology?
Hello everyone, I am a Computer Engineering student in my 3rd year of college. Me and my teammates are competing in a contest of technology whose theme is: Imagine a world where "technology enables a better education for all. "We are currently doing research on this subject in order to reach an innovative and viable idea for the contest. The real solution may include any hardware and / or software resources as needed. This means that no matter how wild the ideas may become, we can build! Anything from engines, GPS locators, PDA, LCD screens and so can be used, so it's only a matter of imagination. In addition, there is no limitation specific about what kind of education must be addressed, so do not worry about it. If you have any ideas on this subject would greatly appreciate your suggestions. Also, please let me know of any education issues that you think that the technology might be able to help solve. Thanks in advance! George Ciobanu
It has been shown that the outlet is not improving classroom instruction, but the responsible use of the tool can provide students with an outlet to create. Hands on implementation of any technology offers students of any socioeconomic level an oppurtunity to learn. Science is reinforced by the GPS system, but English WoD suffers from computer processing and Internet resources. Dyslexia is less of a challenge because students are able to see the use of letters apporiate. I would recommend focus on a particular educational challenge … dyslexia, autism, Musul dystrophy, visual and audible challenges …. to limit the depth and braedth of the objectives of project.
