Last minute costume idea to match Carmen Sandiego?
So I'm going to a dance tomorrow night (Saturday), and is a masquerade. My date and I were planning to go as Inspector Gadget and Carmen Sandiego, but the shelter was expected in the mail for him not be here in time! I have all the clothes of Carmen, so give me advice, which is something last minute that could still be consistent Carmen, any idea or a new suit which is cheap, or anywhere in Lookout Mountain / Chattanooga area that have layers of men in trench. Help! And they must be animated costumes, down the road.
