Gps Hrm
iPod, Polar, Garmin, etc. .. What is the best for the beginner runner?

He began to run about 3 months to try to lose 8 pounds. Outdoors, such as running or jogging. Garmin Forerunner seems fanciful but unsure if the GPS is required. The Timex watch is too slient, sometimes can not hear the beep interval training. I do not like the strap HRM. However, I have heard strapeless human resource management is not accurate. IPod is a great partner but do not make human resources management. You do not like carrying things up. Any suggestions?

The iPod nano is excellent for running. There is nothing wrong with running with music, and it's great because it can provide more motivation. You can also use the Nike + iPod, which has many good features. You may give miles and I divide that can synchronize their time on the computer. I do not think you should run with any of the hard drive-based MP3 players (like iPod Video), because not only are bulkier, but the execution could damage the hard drive and other components. I have never used the Garmins, but I do not think it's worth the money. They are bulky, and if you want to know the distance of a given year can only go in America USATF Running Routes site map any course in the U.S.. It is very accurate, and is powered by Google Maps. Also, if you run with an MP3 player make sure you do not use the headset, and they will find to be launched sliding your ears once you start sweating. You can get the headphones light at any electronics store. I recommend visiting your local Apple Store.
