I have a eTrex Summit i would like if I can make maps, does anyone has information on how I do that?

Yes you can. I have the summit but have never used that feature in it. You can get at Garmin's website and look. They come with a base map of the U.S., but in great detail not only the main highways.Your instruction book that came with it will also give you information on how to do it. Good luck!
