MLM Distributors XLER8 Program Ends – What will you do

The other day I received an e-mail that had a copy of the letter that was sent to all XELR8 distributors stating that the Board was pursuing a different business model and cancel the MLM program effectively. February 28, 2010.

WOW! What a blow to all the faithful, distributors of the company's top producers.

If you are one of the distributors of the company I know it must have panicked when they heard the news. There are a lot of XELR8 distributors who have no idea of what we do not know what another company to join and a few I'm sure going to leave everything because they are disillusioned with the industry at the moment.

The reason for this is because the business was its only power income, you just rely solely on the compensation plan to care for them, most people in any MLM will. I am here to share with you that you should never put all your eggs in one basket! Now, does not mean you should come and join 3-4 other MLM companies, but what I am saying is that you must have other revenue streams so this is not a difficulty for you and your family. You should always have what is called a funded proposal in place, which has affiliate programs aligned. This allows you to generate some income and still can not trust just any MLM ever!.

How do you think those who earn high industry make so much money? Why do you think that a MLM can leave and go to another one and start to do the same if not more money than they did in their previous employer. He has multiple streams of income to sustain them.

Many people do not realize they have not been properly educated or trained on how to have multiple sources of income that will help to help others succeed in the industry. One of my mentors always says, "You Do not Know What You Do not Know! "Unfortunately in this case that is so true!

Once you understand how a funding proposal never be in this terrible position again and have the rug pulled from under you. You will never be at the mercy of any MLM company.

So What will you do? Are you going to sit back and take what has just been delivered to you and do nothing and let any MLM XLER8 or have their financial future and throw it away or can you know how you can take your financial future and place back in their hands?

I bet the higher income producing revenue in its business will charge of their own destiny, and you?
